PAYMENT TERMS: This is a fixed price quote. If accepted, we require a 50% deposit upfront before work commences and balance due when site is made live or 30 days from acceptance date, whichever occurs first.

DELIVERY: Typical website delivery is 30 days or less.

ADDITIONAL WORK: Changes to the design after approval has been given and development has begun are not included in the initial agreement and are therefore billed at an hourly rate of $99.00. All work for hire is billed at $99.00.

WE PROVIDE NO GUARANTEES:

• SalesPro Systems, LLC cannot make any guarantee or promise of results in terms of the placement for your website.
• We do not control the search engine results – only search engines control these.
• We also make no guarantees to website traffic results, or sales/monetary profit as a result of website traffic or ranking.
